Klaus Besier Mr. Besier has been the CEO of RES Software since 2010 and has served on its board since 2009. Mr. Besier is responsible for leading RES Software’s global business expansion and corporate growth strategies. He brings deep executive experience in the technology industry and a proven track record of driving top line growth. Mr. Besier was President and CEO of global software leader SAP America, Inc., and is credited with driving its growth in North and South America, Australia and New Zealand from $50 million to $1 billion in revenues in less than five years. He also served as President and CEO of Firepond, Inc., which he took public in one of the most successful IPOs of 2000. Additionally, as President and CEO of Neoware, Inc., Mr. Besier drove significant changes in the company's go-to-market and partner strategies. This improved corporate structure led to significant growth and visibility for the organization – key factors that resulted in its acquisition by HP in 2007 with a total transaction value of more than $300 million. Most recently, Mr. Besier served as CEO of Pramata, Inc., where he helped refine and implement a go-to-market strategy that has helped drive continued growth among Fortune 500 customers. He has also served on the board of many public and private companies, including Procurian, Inc. (formerly ICG Commerce), the procurement outsourcing specialist. Mr. Besier holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Finance from the University of Economics in Berlin. |

Bob Janssen Bob Janssen is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of RES Software. He has been responsible for product vision, strategy and development at RES Software since co-founding the company in 1999 and acts as the most prominent RES Software spokesperson at industry events. He was instrumental in the creation of the RES Software flagship products, RES Workspace Manager and RES Automation Manager, released in 1999 and 2005, respectively. During his tenure, RES Software has sold well over one million licenses worldwide and his development team has issued more than 10 major releases. Mr. Janssen also holds several patents for the solutions he has developed at RES Software such as the 2010 patent for reverse seamless technology featured in RES Virtual Desktop Extender and other patents dating back to 2003. Prior to founding RES Software, Mr. Janssen worked in several IT departments where he faced the day to day struggles of managing corporate desktops and delivering IT to users. This firsthand understanding inspired him to create products that solve the problems experienced by IT professionals on a regular basis and to coin the term “Workspace Management.” Bob worked as a System Administrator and later as a Software Developer building pragmatic software solutions using the eXtreme Programming (XP) methodology for Air Liquide, and as an Information Architect for Schenker, where he modeled, designed and supervised the construction of system and enterprise-level application solutions. He holds a Business Computing degree from the Fontys University of Applied Sciences. |

Marc Zinnemers As Chief Operating Officer at RES Software, Marc Zinnemers is responsible for leading the Corporate Finance, IT and Operations teams, as well as RES Software’s award-winning Support and Services team. He brings to RES Software more than 15 years of operational finance, controlling and management reporting experience in the information technology and advisory industries. Prior to RES Software, Mr. Zinnemers was Chief Financial Officer at Blue H Technologies, where he built the company from seed capital phase into a revenue generating company. Previously, Mr. Zinnemers served as Vice President of Corporate Finance and Administration for Gartner IT Research and Advisory Firm, and held the position of EMEA controller for i2 Technologies. Additionally, Mr. Zinnemers worked for both Exact Software and Akzo Nobel Pharma Group. He earned his finance degree from the University of Tilburg in The Netherlands. |

Steve Morton Steve Morton is global leader of the RES Software marketing team, with responsibility for introducing and assuring the customer's voice within the RES Software product portfolio and roadmap. He brings deep experience in product marketing leadership to the Company. Before joining RES Software in January 2013, Steve was vice president of product marketing for Symantec with global responsibility for that company's product portfolio. Previously he was vice president of product marketing for Altiris. He has also held other leadership roles in software product marketing, including tenure with Peregrine Systems and Folio Corporation. |

Kees van Bekkum Kees van Bekkum is responsible for sales in EMEA and the Americas. He joined RES Software in June 2006 as Vice President, EMEA, with more than 20 years of sales, sales management and operational experience within the IT industry. From 2000-2006 Mr. van Bekkum held a position of Managing Director at BMC Software and Sales Director for the Benelux countries, many times ranked as global top performer and member of best selected sales leaders within the company. Prior to joining BMC Software, Mr. van Bekkum was Enterprise Sales Director within Compuware specializing on large enterprise transactions within the finance sector, and grew the business significantly for enterprise Y2k projects. Prior to Compuware Mr. van Bekkum was Account Director for Getronics. |

Gene Bonacci Gene Bonacci is responsible for sales, channel partnerships and technology partnership for RES Software in the Americas. Throughout his career, Mr. Bonacci has been responsible for managing global sales and strategies for large technology companies and brings more than 15 years of experience in technology sales and leadership to his new role. Most recently, Mr. Bonacci held the position of Global Vice President of Strategic Sales at Wyse Technology where he was responsible for Strategic Partners and the US Federal market. Prior to Wyse, he led sales efforts at Symantec Software as Global Director of Sales and Endpoint Virtualization. In that position, he focused on sales enablement, training and management coinciding with the global introduction of the Symantec Endpoint Virtualization desktop management solutions. Previously, Mr. Bonacci served as Global Vice President of Sales at AppStream Inc., where he drove significant revenue growth and channel strategy, leading to the company’s acquisition by Symantec. |

Monika Bouchalová Monika Bouchalová joined RES Software in August 2007 as Vice President, Human Resources. She has 11 years of experience in the international Human Resources field. She previously held a position as Human Resources Manager EMEA at Progress Software Europe (based in the EMEA Headquarters in Rotterdam). She has experience in international HR, recruitment, international assignments, relocation matters, employment law, compensation & benefits, and employee administration (HR) systems. Ms. Bouchalová relocated to the Netherlands in 2000. Until then she lived in Prague, The Czech Republic, where she worked for PepsiCo., DuPont, and the Airport Training Center Prague. Ms. Bouchalová started her education at the Charles University in Prague where she graduated with a Masters degree in English and Education. She then obtained an MBA degree at the Open University, UK. |

Jeff Fisher As Vice President of Strategy, Jeff Fisher is responsible for driving key aspects of RES Software’s corporate and product strategy to fuel its continued, global growth. Along with CTO Bob Janssen, he leads RES Research Boston, a team of program managers, developers and consultants currently responsible for the launch of the RES IT Store solution that is scheduled for release in the 2nd half of 2013. Mr. Fisher brings to RES Software nearly 20 years of experience in strategic planning and market development, technical selling and alliance formation in the infrastructure software market. Prior to RES Software, Mr. Fisher was Vice President of Strategy at Desktone, where he designed and executed a multi-year market development strategy, establishing the company as a globally recognized leader in desktop virtualization. Before that, he was Senior Business Development Manager at Microsoft and Director of Business Development at Softricity, where he established and managed an alliance with Microsoft that ultimately led to the company’s acquisition in 2006. Earlier in his career, Mr. Fisher worked for Citrix Systems as an Enterprise Systems Engineer covering Global Financial Services accounts. Mr. Fisher earned his Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University and Masters in Business Administration from Columbia Business School.
